THE RATIONALIZATION OF INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AT WORLD LEVEL.

The creation of a New International Economic Arrangement,
capable of allowing for the successful formation of a world
economy that cancels the current Worldwide External Debt,
cannot ignore the need to rationalize the industrial
development and the delimitation of its location, based on the
existence of the raw materials and the production cost.
The reality of and the facts speak for themselves. Production
is inevitably linked to economy in its costs, earnings and
applications. For the creation of a successful economy, the
influence and the importance of these factors cannot be
ignored. The existence of raw materials and the necessary
industrial location it determines cannot be ignored.
We are not mistaken in pointing out that, today more than
ever, the rationalization of the industrial development at
world level is necessary, as is location of this development
based on the existence of raw materials. The need for obtaining
the lowest production costs so determine it, as does the need for
producing to sell at the lowest prices.
Therefore, for the realization of such rationalization at world
level, it is necessary to consider humanity as the sole and
indissoluble market (at least until there is official contact with
possible extra-terrestrial or interplanetary civilizations) using
and consuming earthly products.
It is not possible to apply this reasoning without also
recognizing the need to eliminate the international competence
which presently characterizes the great enterprises and
industrial countries, who are only interested in obtain
individual, the maximum economic benefits. This situation
prevents the obtainment of maximum earnings calculated at
world level, and the creation of a low-cost production which
guarantees accessible prices to the world market.
Our Project 666 considers and solves this problem presenting
solutions capable of guaranteeing the materialization and
application of these concepts through the European Common
Market (European Union).
