Having explained all those necessary things to allow all of you to understand the holy truth of the real God that exists in the Universe:
I, Sissy finally proclaim and deliver the following messages of God, to all the men, women, peoples, nations and countries of the planet Earth:
666
1. Regarding the European Union:
a.
The European Union will be a Federative Superstate under the political leadership of The 666.
This Superstate will also be known in the world as the “New Roman Empire of the West” and will help to make a Paradise on Earth with the Project 666.
To help to do this, God, Almighty, has appointed me:
- Elisabetta Amalia Eugenia von Wittelsbach, “Sissy”, who during my lifetime (in 1837-1898) was
HI&RH The Empress of Austria-Hungary (1854-1898), HRH Princess Elisabeth in Bavaria (1837-1854)- as:
"The Mystical Empress of the New Roman Empire of the West”.
That is true, because the European Union Superstate will be the New roman Empire of the West, under the political leadership of God´s beloved son, The 666, with the Project 666, to help to make a Paradise on Earth.
In such historical situation:
I, Sissy, now proclaim to the world:
The mystical foundation of the New Roman Empire of the West, within the European Union, which takes it´s historical beginning from the date of today:
December 24th, 2006, with the announcement of my mystical engagement and future marriage with God´s beloved son, The 666.
b.
The political leadership of the European Union, - which until now has made the big mistake to ignore, miscredit and qualify God´s beloved son, The 666, as “foolish” with his Project 666 -:
Has only 6 years time to accept to do the necessary development and transformation of the European Union into a Federative Superstate, with the first 6 countries that accept to do so, under the indisputable political leadership of The 666 with the Project 666.
Otherwise the European Union will fail, destructed by it´s own incompetence, lack of development and transformation.
c.
The creation and transformation of the European Union into a Federative Superstate will be done with "The 666-USA Constitution", which will be the constitution that will rule later mankind all over the world, to guarantee the construction of a Paradise on Earth with the Project 666.
d.
The present political leaders of the European Union have only until the Holy Friday of April 6, 2007 to recognize and accept the existence and political struggle of The 666, now in the world with the Project 666 to make a Paradise on Earth.

Mr. Manuel Durao Barroso, President of the European Comission and Mr. Joseph Borel, President of the Parliament of the European Union:
Must invite before the Holy Friday of April 6, 2007, God´s beloved son The 666 to the European Parliament and listen there to The 666´s explanations over the necessity to transform and make the European Union into a federative Superstate, with "The 666/USA Constitution".

Regarding this matter, The 666 proposes now to the European Union to accept to call a general and constitutional political referendum in all the countries of the European Union on the date of November 6, 2008:
To vote in this referendum the acceptance or not, -vote by vote- of "The 666/USA Constitution" as:
The Constitution of the European Union Superstate, which should be created under the political leadership of The 666 as President of The European Union.
The first 6 countries of the European Union that accept in this constitutional and political referendum The 666´s proposals will integrate and form that European Union Superstate.
The remaining countries of the European Union that refuse to do so, will remain only as members of a “second velocity development of the European Union”, without "The 666/USA Constitution" and without the benefit of "The 666 New Economic System", and also without the protection of the common defense policy that will characterize the European Union Super State or “New Roman Empire of the West", with the Project 666.
g.
Any attempt of the present political leadership of the European Union to ridicule and ignore all theese political proposals from me, the soul of Sissy, - still the mystical Empress of Austria and appointed also by God Empress of the future European Union Super State or New Roman Empire of the West-, will have as unavoidable consequence for the present European Union and it´s political leadership, the self destruction of the European Union.
The refusal to recognize and accept all theese political proposals that I, Sissy, deliver now to You from the Holy Altar of The 666 following the command and wishes of God, Almighty:
The European Union will not survive and can never survive all the challenges and transformation that the new economical, political and historical situation in the European Union -and in the world-, demand to the European Union to have, in order to guarantee to all the people and nations that integrate now in the European Union, their social welfare, progress, economic development and full integration under a common constitution, which the European Union can have, only with The 666 New Economic System and Project 666.
This new Economic System, - which The 666 has created with the help of God for the European Union and the world to help to make a Paradise on Earth -, is the only economic system that can guarantee to the European Union a successful economic, political and social development in which the best social welfare of the world will always exist, to help and protect all peoples, nations and countries that integrate into the European Union.
Regarding all theese matters, the holy truth is that the true God that exists in the Universe has decided
that:
The European union without The 666´s leadership and new economic system, will fail perished and self destructed at least within the next 6 years, for it´s incapacity to guarantee the happiness and economical and social welfare of all it´s citizens.
