Chapter VIII.
THE GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION OF THE HEAVY
INDUSTRY AT INTERNATIONAL LEVEL, IN ITS
BEST PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT.

The problems of economic cost itself; and the need to
produce cheaply, requires the best production environment
for the heavy industry at world level.
The industrial development of the most advanced countries
in the world and with this, the industrial development of
humanity itself is being realized on the basis of egoistic and
traditional criteria which defend the interest of certain social
groups and human conglomerates, with results we all know:
exploitation, injustice, underdevelopment, famine, misery
and poverty in the great majority of the human race and
over which the welfare and richness of an exploiting minority
has been resting.
It is with a humanity that rises in the Space Era and which
has accumulated the Power of Destruction of the Planet Earth
in which it lives, with which the exploiters and exploited begin
to understand, how unnecessary and unjust it is to continue
fratricide killing among human beings, because of famine,
injustice, exploitation and wars, in a situation in which we are
only existing as living beings in our Solar System, and with
a space boom of four thousand light-years, to places capable
of having life which is the same or superior to that
represented by civilization and human existence.
It is with this power of destruction and knowledge that
Mankind has come to the conclusion that, independently of
the political ideas and economic system in which one lives,
none of the two alone, can solve the immeasurable social
problems which afflict humanity, as none of the two political-
economic systems in force, neither the capitalist nor the
socialist, can successfully destroy one another, without also
being a victim of said destruction.
Under such circumstances, mankind starts to understand
the need of sitting down to talk, and finding pacifist, realistic,
viable and possible solutions to guarantee human existence
and cohabitation, as well as the search for immediate
solutions to the serious problems which afflict humanity
today. It is in situations such as these, that our Project 666
my be feasible. We are presenting Project 666 before the
world as the correct and just manner in which to solve all the
problems faced by mankind.
We consider that the geographic location of the heavy
industry at international level in its best production
environment may only be possible, when a New Political-
Economic Arrangement in the world is created, based on the
recognition and defence of the best interests of mankind, and
not on the egoistic and individual interests of the great world
powers.
When we firmly say that said geographic location of the
heavy industry at international level, in its best production
environments is necessary, we do so not only based on the
knowledge that the best production costs so demand, but
rather than the heavy industry should be where the raw
materials are and also by the well-known reality, that no
economic system nor world economy can continue producing
its principal products above the real production cost. The
simple and dogmatic political interests should never come
before the measures required by the economic needs and
realities.
Project 666 considers that heavy industry should be at the
disposal of the best interest of mankind and not the interests
of certain countries, and as such, should be constructed and
located in the place most suitable for the best production cost.
We also consider that the existence in 1992 of a Unified
Europe in the European Common Market is going to break
with protocol and flags, with absurd chauvinism and
nationalism which have caused so much harm to humanity
presupposing the existence of superior and inferior races and
countries.
For the first time in history there exist the real possibility
of achieving through the example and power of that
European Common Market, the creation of a New
International Economic Order and World Economy which
has in consideration all these realities and necessities which
we point out exist in the world of today, as we well analyse
and expose in our Project 666.
