Chapter XIX.
THE “666-PEACE PLAN TO SOLVE
THE JEWISH-PALESTINE PROBLEM”
(Part I of 2).

Our “666 Peace Plan to Solve the Jewish-Palestine Problem”
which threatens world peace comes from the known and
undisputable fact that Europe has a great moral debt with
the Jewish people.
Although it is true that the Nazi Germany of Hitler
decided to exterminate the Jews, it is also true that
because of conditions and historic interests of the
period, Europe, with its passiveness, silence and even
collaboration, supported that genocide and holocaust which
was committed against a race and defenceless people
(the Jews), in the name of the most detestable and
denigrated “political values” ever known to mankind; the
Hitler-fascist racism.
Before such experience, and unclassifiable tragedy which
exterminated more than six million Jews in the
Concentration Camps, a just compensation and elementary
act of justice would have been the concession to the
Jewish people of territory and frontiers to settle them
and enable them to live as and independent nation. Thus,
the creation of the Jewish State of Israel as an
independent country and nation with recognized and
guaranteed boundaries.
In 1947, when Great Britain left the responsibility of
Palestine to the United Nations, and it decided to divide
(in 1947) the Palestine territory under English control
in two parts: a Jewish State and a Palestine State. The
United Nations took a just decision which would guarantee
the right to exist as free, sovereign and independent
nations (the Jewish and Palestine), under recognized and
guaranteed international boundaries (United Nations
Resolution 242 and 338).
The incompetence and intolerance of the Arabian
governments of that period which were opposed to such
agreements far from helping to solve the problem,
worsened it by declaring war on the Jews in 1948-49 and
losing it. The Jews consolidated the State of Israel
militarily and also took over the territories which had
been granted by the United Nations to the Palestinians.
In 1967 the same history of incompetence,
irresponsibility and intolerance repeated itself, when
the Arabian countries once again declared war on Israel
to lose it once again at the price of the most
humiliating military defeat and the conquering on the
part of Israel of new territories: the eastern part of
Jerusalem, Gaza, Golan and part of Jordan which are
Presently occupied and annexed by Israel in detriment to
Palestine.
In adding to this situation, the existing contradiction
between the Capitalist and Socialist countries and the
influence of them on the Region of Middle Orient with
its respective political interest (of the United States
and the Soviet Union as the two world powers), it was
more difficult to solve the conflict on the United States
unconditionally supporting Israel and giving more force
to the most reactionary and dangerous Zionism interest
on supporting the Soviet Union as counterpart, unpopular
and reactionary Arabian governments more interested in
defending their backward and null and void societies and
their special interests than reaching a just agreement
on solving the Jewish-Palestine Problem.
The political error of the two great world powers (United
States and the Soviet Union) which armed to their teeth
their respective protected and allied in the region and
errors which, far from helping create the necessary
basis to solve the conflict, allowed the Arabians and
Jews to create modern armies and develop, as in the case
of Israel , a bellicose industry of first order which has
allowed Israel to manufacture even their own nuclear arms
and destroy through military aggression the industries of
the Arabian countries which were capable of doing so.
It is a secret to no one that at present Israel possesses
nuclear arms with their launching means and with which
they can start a nuclear war in the Middle Orient and
with t e in the international political arena presenting
to you and to the whole world, distinguished members of
the European Parliament, our “666 Peace Plan to solve
the Jewish-Palestine Problem” which threatens the world.
In our opinion, Resolutions 242 and 338 cover the
Necessary basis to find a solution to the Jewish-Palestine
Problem.
The Jewish people and the Palestine people have the same
right to exist in the Middle Orient region as two nations
and free, sovereign and independent peoples with
recognized and guaranteed international boundary limits.
Since 1947, all mankind has been in accord with this
through Resolutions 242 and 338 of the United Nations.
The only ones who have not been in agreement are
ironically the two parts in the conflict which are more
affected by this problem and the countries and forces
which, supporting each one of those parts, have to date
made an agreement impossible given the difference of the
interests they defend.
I believe nothing can be gained by pointing out whose
guilty when the realities and the facts speak for
themselves. I think the time has come to point out why,
to date, it has been impossible to reach an agreement and
that the answer has to be obtained from the same existing
situation in the Middle Orient and in which neither the
Jews nor the Arabian have credibility.
The lack of credibility between the Jews and the Arabians
manifested by the mutual irresponsibility to carry out,
maintain and respect political agreements is the fuel
which keeps the distrust, fear, repression and violence
between the two forces in conflict and in which the
different religious-philosophic Christian and Moslem
conceptions, with their obsolete political conceptions
of the Jews-Palestine problem also influence.
In not having the principal allied of those Jewish-
Palestine-Arabian forces in conflict (the United States
and the Soviet Union) a real control over the development
of the events, the search for a just solution to the
conflict it is impossible through the traditional
mechanisms: United Nations, United States, Soviet Union,
political confederations of the countries, Arabs, etc.
It is here, that I wish to point out that the solution
to the Jewish-Palestine Conflict can only be possible
when a true guarantor exists who is capable of making the
acceptance and respect to those agreements possible and
guarantee to each one of the parts, the Jewish people as
well as the Palestine people their respective rights of
existence.
This is so, not only because of the great historical-
moral debt and the responsibility which the entire
Western Europe has towards the Jewish people, but also
because the countries of the European Common Market or
the New Roman Empire of the West (the European Union),
are the only force which really has the capability to demand,
impose and guarantee said agreement with its political-
economic and military power in the solution to the Jewish-
Palestine problem.
The 666 Peace Plan to Solve the Jewish-Palestine Problem
is based on the acceptance on the part of the parties in
conflict of Resolutions 242 and 338 of the United Nations
and the commitment of the countries of the European
Common Market or the New Empire of the West (the
European Union), to guarantee that peace with their
Political, economic and military power.
We assert that this should be this way not only because
In our opinion (formed through very complicated and
profound studies), it is the only way possible of solving
the Jewish-Palestine problem through just agreement but
because the New Roman Empire of the West; the European
Union, (integrated by the countries of the European Common
Market), are the only political, economic and military force
with real possibilities to help transform the world through
new ideas and political-economic innovations lacking
ideologist sectarianism and dogmatism which characterize
the present world powers.
After its official integration in 1992, the New Roman
Empire of the West, (the European Union), as I have
baptized the countries of the European Common Market,
represent and constitute today the only political, economic
and military force which, given the nature of integration
and creation (common economy, abolition of boundary
limits geographic, regulations and common judicial laws,
central government, democratic cohabitant system based
on the recognition and respect of the human rights, with
economic rules which guarantee the economic development
and the functioning of free enterprise, etc.), surpass with
its capacity, existence and power the dreams of the
greatest roman thinkers and conquerors whereas,
without the aberrations, injustice and crimes which
characterize the old Roman Empire, this New Roman
Empire of the West is founded, on the basis of reasoning,
intelligence and common sense as the only arms for the
search and achievement of the common solutions to
common problems and goals: the development and
progress of Western Europe.
Thus, our classification of the New Roman Empire of the
West has no relation with the countries of the Common
Market (European Union), with the aberrations and
injustices which characterize (together with its greatness),
the old Roman Empire of Cesar.
The unification of Western Europe is now going to take
place through the pacific political-economic solutions to
the common problems, needs and goals. This is also what
provides to this new political-economic-military force
in the world of today, the capacity and the right to
present and guarantee new solutions to all the world
problems which afflict mankind today in age.
As that unified Western Europe also constitutes the
appropriate and necessary setting for the rise of new
political leaders, I am not wrong (nor is this science
fiction), in my conclusions and affirmations that the
European Parliament is the background from which a
new world leader is going to rise with unique personality
and character who is not only going to direct the destiny
of Western Europe or the New Roman Empire of the
West (the European Union), but is also going to help
with his unequal power to transform the world bringing
happiness, prosperity, peace, love, progress (with liberty,
equality and social justice), never before known to all
mankind.
Project 666 is the spark with announces today the start
of this historical process which has already begun and
which will officially take place in 1992 with the formal
integration of the countries of the European Common
Market (the European Union).
Our scientific discoveries –“666 Personal identity Code”,
“666 Business Code” and the “666 Business System” which
are destined to abolish money and create a New International
Economic Order, are the necessary instruments to guarantee
the existence of that new power. With that, we also comply
with part of our history duty: to help in the formation of
this New Power and the creation of a better world.
The solution of the Jewish-Palestine problem also
demands the solution of very complicated political-
religious problems. Project 666 totally covers all these
solutions.
