THE JEWISH-PALESTINE PROBLEM”
(Part 2 of 2).

666 PEACE PLAN –TO GUARANTEE
THE SAFETY OF ISRAEL BY SOLVING
THE JEWISH-PALESTINE CONFLICT AND
THE CONVERSION OF ISRAEL INTO THE
SPIRITUAL CENTRE OF CHRISTIANITY.
On elaborating our 666 Peace Plan to solve the Jewish-
Palestine conflict, we analysed and have taken into
account religious considerations and factors, not because
we are in accord with them, but because we recognise that
they play a relevant role in the objective solution to the
Jewish-Palestine conflict.
We are convinced that these factors are important in
recognizing and respecting a geographic location for
Israel within part of the historical background defined
by the Jewish religious beliefs. We are convinced in
fixing those boundaries limits, those factors do not have
to be exaggerated in detriment to the interests of the
people of Palestine.
It is necessary to coincide in fixing the boundary
limits, based on common sense and realism, and acceptable
to the Jews and the Palestinians. This reality is a
historical background in the historic contest. This
background demands that Jerusalem be unified and
incorporated to Israel in exchange for adequate and just
compensations, on the part of Israel, of other territories
which should be granted to Palestine. In this respect, we
are also willing to be mediators between the Jews and
Palestinians to solve this entire conflict.
Therefore, our 666 Peace Plan to solve the conflict
between Israel and Palestine offers not only to guarantee
Israel its existence as an independent state, unify and
incorporate it into the Jewish State, but also to convert
Israel into the Spiritual Centre of Christianity by
constructing the Third Temple of Jerusalem. We offer
to fund this construction and convert Jerusalem into the
capital of Christianity.
On the other hand, our peace plan offers the Palestinians
not only to guarantee the security of Palestine as an
independent State and Nation and the formation of
Palestine under logic and realistic fixed geographic
boundary limits, which will allow all Palestinians to
live in one territory, but also include Palestine and
Israel as beneficiaries under the economic plans of the
European Common Market (European Union), by
granting them special membership.
This should be so because neither Israel nor Palestine
can survive on their own as independent nations of the
Middle East. They need the protection and economic
assistance of a major force interested in defending and
maintaining world peace. Said major force is neither
the Arabian countries, the United States, nor the Soviet
Union.
Said major force is constituted and represented by the
countries of the European Common Market or the New
Roman Empire of the West (the European Union) which,
by politically, economically and militarily guaranteeing
the existence of Israel and Palestine as independent nation
and incorporating them as Special Members of the
European Communities, prevent Israel and Palestine from
falling once again in conflict influenced of surrounding
(specially Arabs) antagonistic political forces. (This
also includes development plans worth 18,000 million
dollars).
The guarantee of a prosperity and economic development
without precedent on behalf of the countries of the
European Common Market or the New Roman Empire of
the West (the European Union), to the people of Israel and
Palestine, constitutes the best base for guaranteeing peace
in the Middle East, and avoiding new future conflicts
between the Jews and Palestinians.
A). 666 PEACE PLAN NOT ONLY GUARANTEE
THE SOLUTION OF THE JEWISH-PALESTINE
CONFLICT, BUT ALSO THE SAFETY OF THE
PEOPLE OF ISRAEL AND PALESTINE.
Before presenting our solutions, as a reminder, I wish
to point out that according to the Holy Bible; Israel and
the Jews are condemned to pay with all types of
sufferings and disasters, for the sins and faults which
that same Bible attributed to them. According to the
Holy Bible, the people of Israel are condemned because
of their violations against Moses laws. The Jewish do
not recognize Jesus Christ as the son of God and
furthermore, the Jews are also accused of betrayal
and help to kill Jesus Christ, etc. The historic facts
are indisputable:
Everyone knows that the people of Israel, represented by
their rabbis, priests, and political-religious leaders
of that period, encouraged the death of Jesus Christ by
making Pontius Pilate condemn Him to death and giving
Barrabas, the renowned criminal and thief, the pardon
Pontius Pilate desired for Jesus Christ.
Pontius Pilate washed his hands before the people of
Israel while condemning Jesus Christ in order to please
the desires and requests of the popular Jewish masses
who, having being paid by the Jewish rabbis and priests,
demanded Pontius Pilate to condemn Jesus Christ to death
and forgive Barrabas. Jesus Christ Himself was also
taken to trial before the Roman Courts, arrested and
accused by the Jewish rabbis and priests of conspiracy,
disturbing the peace, and rebellion against Rome.
This condemnable, unforgivable and unfortunate conduct
of the rabbis, priests and the people of Israel has no
justification nor pardon in the history of mankind. The
rabbis, priests and people of Israel encouraged the death
of Jesus Christ because of interests and specific egoistic
inconsistent and unfortunate jealousy, and in defence of
the most mediocre and worse interests and religious
dogmas, instead of recognizing and accepting Him as the
“Messiah”, and “Son of God”, with sincere sermons of
liberty, equality, love and social justice.
The Jewish rabbis and priests themselves took Jesus
Christ and accused Him before the Romans as a religious
agitator, conspirator and enemy of Rome. Since they were
not able to condemn Jesus Christ to death, because only
the Roman Court could decide on the death penalty, they
demanded the Roman to condemn Him.
This was an indescribable conduct for those who had the
responsibility, the conscience and religious duty to
recognized Him and accept Him as the “Son of God” and
“Messiah”, because they had seen His miracles and heard
His sermons. They should have never betrayed Him or
taken Him to the gallows before the Roman Court, where
they even demanded his death. Until the last moments,
the Roman Court wanted to absolve and forgive Jesus
Christ. The Judge Pontius Pilate cleaned himself and
washed his hands before the people of Israel.
Nonetheless, Pontius Pilate had to accept the demands
and request of the people of Israel, to condemn Jesus
Christ to death. The assertions and history has shown
that the real ones to blame for the death of Jesus Christ
were the rabbis, the priests and the people of Israel
themselves.
It is necessary to analyse herein, the very important
factor which shows the despicable, false and irresponsible
nature of the official Christianity which Jesus Christ
inherited.
Jesus Christ was crucified and died as a vulgar criminal,
delinquent or thief. He was crucified because that was
the death penalty of the period, (today is the gallows,
electric chair, gas chamber, lethal injection and killing
by the firing squad). This means that Jesus Christ was
humiliated and disrespected until the time of his death.
He was then substituted by the official Christianity. This
Christianity consisted of new priests and false religious
Leaders, Pharisees and Rabbis of new and different
formation who adored and “sanctified” the same instrument
used for the execution of Jesus Christ, the cross. This
constitutes, without doubt, the best proof of the
irresponsibility, degeneration and loquacity of the
official Christianity which substituted and “inherited”
Jesus Christ.
History is very explicit in this respect. The Christian
King Constantine who is also known for his cruelty,
crimes and misdeeds, decided to use the cross as the symbol
of his armies on the eve of his victory over Magencio in
the year 312 AC. He did this after he had a vision and
divine signal that the cross was used as a symbol that
his armies would defeat the enemy. The fact that the
cross was the pagan as well as the Christian symbol of
his army shows that all the assertion and “divine
messages” were lies made up by Constantine himself to
lift the moral of his soldiers in combat and not a true
“revelation” of God.

that if Jesus Christ would have been condemned to die in
the electric chair, the gas chamber or in the gallows, the
sacred symbol of Christianity would be an electric chair,

for themselves.
Today, almost two thousand years after those unfortunate,
sad and unnecessary events, we point out and say to the
people of Israel and to all mankind, as representatives
and defenders of 666, that there is no reason for the
people of Israel tom keep paying, with all types of
disasters and sufferings, the errors and faults of the
already inexistent generations. The people of Israel do
not have to accept or fear the so-called punishments of
an angry God.
Therefore, as 666, we offer the nation and the people of
Israel, the security, peace and happiness, equality, justice,
freedom, love and progress to which they are entitled to
and which, in our opinion, no God nor force in the world
has the right to take or prevent them from having.
We are convinced of the unquestionable fact that neither
the people of Israel nor the people of Palestine can
survive on heir own in the Middle East as independent
nations. Therefore we propose our 666 Peace Plan to solve
the Jewish-Palestine Conflict:
B) THE "666 FREEDOM PLAN"
TO SOLVE THE JEWISH-PALESTINE CONFLICT
Our "666"
solutions are very clear in this respect. We are convinced of the unquestionable
fact that neither the people of Israel nor the people of Palestine can survive
on their own in the Middle Orient as Independent nations. Therefore, we propose:
The incorporation of Israel and Palestine in the European Common Market, (the European Union) which
should also guarantee their existence and security.
The European Common
Market; the European Union or the New Roman Empire of the West, should create an eighteen billion
dollars Economic Development Plan within the European Common Market for Israel
and Palestin.
The incorporation of Israel and Palestine to the Northamerican
Treaty Organization (NATO) and with it, the military defense system of the
European Common Market or the New Roman Empire of the West.
The conversion of
Israel into a Spiritual Christian Center, by reconstructing the Third Temple of
Jerusalem with Project 666 funding.
In creating the new state of Palestine,
the natural and historic leaders of Palestine should be recognized. In our
particular case, Jassir Arafat, should be President of the new State of
Palestine.
The boundary limits between Israel and Palestine should be fixed,
taking into consideration the realistic and historic evaluations of the most
important needs of both nations, from the historic, political and religious
point of view.
Jerusalem should cease being a divided city and belong solely
to Israel. It should be transformed into the new Jewish Capital and Spiritual
Center of Christianity.
The people of Palestine should receive just
territorial compensation from Israel to cede Jerusalem and accept new boundary
limits, which permit the just and correct construction of the new nation of
Palestine.
The contradictions which my arise between Israel and Palestine
should be solved within the European Common Market and based on the best
interests of both countries and the European Community.
The defense and
security of Israel and Palestine should be the responsibility of the countries
of the European Common Market, -the European Union-, or the New Roman Empire of the West. A minimum
local military force to guarantee this security should be left in the region
(Israel and Palestine). The needs of the European Common Market should be taken
into consideration in planning this military force.
In the Middle Orient,
Israel and Palestine should follow the general and official policies of the
countries of the European Common Market. These policies are directed towards the
elimination of war conflicts and the granting of development, peace, justice and
progress to mankind.
The advantages in our 666-peace proposal to solve the

The fact that neither the people of
Israel nor the people of Palestine can survive as independent nations in the
Middle Orient through their own forces is an unquestionable reality. When we
incorporate Israel and Palestine into the European Common Market and make them a
part of the New Roman Empire of the West, the security and progress of both are
guaranteed before any enemy who wishes to threaten and destroy them.
In such situation, the advantages in our 666 Peace Plan
Proposal to Solve the Jewish-Palestine Conflict are
evident.
The fact that neither the people of Israel nor the people
of Palestine can survive as independent nations in the
Middle East through their own forces, is an unquestionable
reality. When we incorporate Israel and Palestine into
the European Common Market and make them a part of
the New Roman Empire of the West (the European Union),
the security and progress of both are guaranteed before
any enemy who wishes to threaten and destroy them.
On the other hand, the New Roman Empire of the West
(the European Union), would take advantage of the military
capacity accumulated by Israel to organize a local force
in the Middle East, together with the new nation of
Palestine. This local force would be able to guarantee
and defend the policies of the New Roman Empire of the
West (the European Union), which we have already
pointed out and with which, the different conflicts in
the region would be eliminated.
With the security and existence problems of the nations
and the people of Israel and Palestine already solved,
and these being guaranteed by the countries of the
European Common Market or the New Roman Empire
of the West (the European Union), the Arabian countries
would not have to feel threatened by two countries like
Israel and Palestine which should be dedicated to promote
the development, progress and peace of the Middle East,
and which would also be great economic and production
centres.
Under these circumstances, Israel and Palestine would
be the best concrete examples of the degree of prosperity,
development and progress countries could reach under the
protection and assistance of the European Common Market
or the New Roman Empire of the West (the European Union).
Even the most fanatic, intolerant and dogmatic Moslem
religious political forces would have to recognize,
respect and accept the existence of peace in the Middle
East which, similar to that which we propose in our 666
Peace Plan to solve the Jewish-Palestine Conflict would
be guaranteed by the power and force of the countries of
the European Common Market or the New Roman Empire
of the West (the European Union).
It is necessary to repeat that our 666 Peace Plan to
solve the conflict between Israel and Palestine is based
on the fact that the people of Palestine have the same
right as the people of Israel, to exist as a free, sovereign
and independent nation, and that Israel and Palestine
should coexist pacifically under the protection and
assistance of the European Common Market or the New
Roman Empire of the West (the European Union).
The success of our 666 Peace Plan demands the acceptance
and recognition of the historic and genuine leaders of
the people of Palestine, such as Yasser Arafat, as the
first President of the new State of Palestine.
The attempt of Israel to ignore this historic need and
reality, far from facilitating a correct and just
solution to the Jewish-Palestine Conflict, makes it more
impossible and endangers the existence of Israel itself.
Thus, it is only a matter of time for the justified and
militant Arabian solidarity towards the people of
Palestine, to manifest itself in another war against
Israel. The Arabian countries also possess now the best
armies, the most modern weapons and the ability
to confront Israel in this war.
We estimate that a new “big war” of the Arabian
countries against Israel would cost the people of Israel
more than 300,000 deaths (among civil and militaries).
It would destroy more than 50% of the military capacity
of Israel. It will not even allow Israel to defeat once
again the Arabian armies which could stand superior
losses because they possess a greater amount of weapons
and more men. They also have greater economic
resources. We firmly state, that Israel can survive a
new “big conventional war” against the Arabian countries
only with the western military assistance.
The experiences of the Iran-Iraq war and of the
Iraq-USA-coalition war conflict show that we are not
mistaken. The Iran-Iraq war was a war which lasted
more than five years and where the new military experts
of the Arabian countries fought with the most modern
military weapons, capability and technology. The war
of positions was once again implemented in this conflict,
notwithstanding the very modern weapons which were
used. At a price of more that one million lives, is was
proven to the world that the Arabian countries which
supported and aided Iraq can successfully start a similar
military and economic war against Israel.
The Iraq-USA-coalition war, fought with a new military
strategy and with the most developed and ultra-modern
weapons, was a different war in which the Arabian
countries learns themselves under the USA leadership,
how to use the most advanced and ultra-modern military
weapons, tactics and technology in the battlefield. It
was a very short war, but it was a war that prove also
to the Arabian countries, that neither the largest and
best armies of the whole world can defeat and destroy,
a ruthless and war world criminal despot as Saddam
Hussein, which managed himself to remain in Power
and are still a dangerous threaten to world peace.
In such situation; the army of Israel is a modern
army, appropriate for carrying out fast an demolisher
fights against their military enemies. However it is
incapable of carrying out and resisting a continued
war because of its reduced number. The “flashing war”
against the Arabian countries is not going to provide
any definite victory to Israel, because the present
Arabian armies can successfully resist the attacks and
the “flashing wars” which the Jewish army is accustomed
to fight.
The pretentiousness of Israel that its superiority and
military capacity will never be equalled nor surpassed
by the Arabian countries, which have a larger population,
and greater economic resources and which are also
developing a very modern military industry, are unreal
and misguided pretensions. The Jewish economy does not
resist the competitiveness of an armaments race with the
Arabian countries which, are even developing their own
rockets and weapons of mass-destruction as the biological
and nuclear weapons, with which they will bring to
Israel the tragedies and horrors of a “big war”.
In a situation under which the destruction and bombs
are going to reach the Jewish territory and are going to
severely hurt the people of Israel, the civil and
military casualties which are going to bring a new armed
conflict against Israel by the Arabian countries are
going to shake Israel and are not going to be able to be
resisted by Israel. Then, Israel may be obliged to
intent to use its nuclear arms and with it, endanger the
security and world peace, because the Arabian countries
are also gaining nuclear military capacity.
We know what we are talking about because we possesses
the correct vision for the future of mankind and of the
events which is going to shaken and threaten the world.
In the face of these events, we have to act and desire
to avoid them with sufficient time and ability. This
is where our historic appearance resides as does our
target for struggle –the European Union and the Jewish-
Palestine Conflict.
Therefore, we point out that the unjustifiable and
mistaken policy of Israel to intent to destroy, with
repression, terror and crime, the inevitable and
justified protest (“Intifada”) of the people of Palestine
who defend their liberties and rights, in the streets,
far from guaranteeing Israel its security, threatens it
and puts it in danger of an breakout of unpredictable
events against the people of Israel.
The repressions,
the terror and the crime may never solve the political
problems, and much less destroy the desires and
struggle of the people, in this case Palestine, who wish
to attain their liberty and rights. No one better than
the people of Israel themselves can and should
understand this.
Therefore, there is no sense or justification in that
the reactionary and fanatic Jewish political leaders who
direct the policies and governments of Israel believe
that with the assassination, mutilation and injuries of
dozens of hundreds of thousands of men, women,
adolescents and children of Palestine, Israel is going
to be able to guarantee its security which it may never
obtain under the oppression and ignorance of liberty
and right to existence of the people of Palestine.
It does not correspond to us to have point out to
Israel that the policy of repression, crime and terror
against the people of Palestine is alive in the Middle
East. This is an unsafe and justified hatred against
the nation and the people of Israel. These are realities
which the leaders and the people of Israel themselves
know perfectly well, and in the bottom of their
conscience, accept and respect, although they lack
the morality and courage to recognize it.
We know that our 666 Peace Plan for solving the
Jewish-Palestine Conflict is not even to be accepted by
the present Jewish political leaders. The European
Common Market does not have at present (middle of
1989 when Project 666 was presented to the world), the
integration or necessary capacity to fulfil before
mankind and the world its historical mission, converting
itself into the New World Power which we predicted and
which justly and with adequate historic vision have
baptized as the New Roman Empire of the West (the
European Union).
We, who are conscience of our responsibility and historic
duty and who have the necessary capacity of fulfilling
the obligations of our mission before mankind, are
presenting with sufficient anticipation, our Project 666
and with it, the solutions and necessary measures to
guarantee the development, future, security, freedom,
love, happiness and progress of mankind.
We do so before the European Common Market or
the New Roman Empire of the West (the European
Union), and in the face of the Jewish-Palestine Conflict.
