Chapter II.
INTEGRATION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMOM MARKET AND THE POSSIBLE WITHDRAW
OF ENGLAND.
(“Project 666” by Michel Smiely “666”)
Although presently twelve countries have decided to make up the
European Common Market and various others are also considering
the possibility of joining, one must foresee that at least two or three
are going to withdraw.
England will withdraw because it lacks the necessary political capacity
to understand and accept the determinations, demands and changes
of the new historical era which starts with the European Common
Market and at least one or two other European countries which can
also be lead by Great Britain`s influence and incompetence. This
means that ultimately, after 1992, only ten countries are going to
make up the European Community, although other countries may
also be linked through special agreements.
However, the absence of Great Britain or any other country of the
European Common Market does not constitute a mayor problem.
Ten European countries are more than enough to make up the
European Common Market and guarantee all it represents and
what it will represent in the future of Mankind.
In this sense, England and any other country (or countries) which
decide to withdraw from the European Community should always
have the doors opened to do so, without the need to create an
international crisis which my threaten the Community.
This should be so, because the formation and maintenance of
the European Community and the Common Market is based on
the necessity and free will of its members to jointly solve common
problems, under a common frontier system, in which there is no
place for false nationalist pride and chauvinism and in which the
decisions of the government and the European Community and
not the local government, as has been the policy, will have to be
accepted and respected.
The unity and existence of the European Community (expressed
in the Common Market) with the countries which voluntarily
decide to join, can only be guaranteed by this capacity of
integration and acceptance of the responsibilities, rights and duties
implied.
Naturally, the countries which do not have the awareness or courage
to join, cannot expect to have the right to enjoy the benefits, when
they do not have the responsibility of paying the price. Those who
are not members cannot expect to have the right to vote in internal
decision-making and solutions.
In this respect, I wish to point out that the English, notwithstanding
their self-esteem and over-evaluation of themselves, are not really
necessary and much less indispensable for the formation and existence
of the European Common Market. They are geographically outside
of Europe, as they have also always been culturally and intellectually
speaking.
The influence and importance that the English have had and have
In Europe have been the product of the divisions and disputes which
have destroyed Europe and which the English have incited, taken
advantage of, and in many cases created.
For the Europe and European Community of today, there is no place
for conflicts, differences, disputes and divisions which could endanger
its unity and existence or hinder the necessary integration which the
future demands, as well as the necessities, historic and natural conditions
of the European Common Market.
In this sense, the first thing we have to consider in presenting Project 666
is the need of finding a realistic definition of what the European Common
Market is and what it represents.
